Today I had a mung bean sprout salad that tasted really good. So good, I wanted to share the recipe:
2.5 cups of mung bean sprouts
1 matchsticked carrot
1/2 cup cucumber
mixed with a dressing of
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
I found it very tasty, fast to make and filling. Try it!
